Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, GiroPay, SOFORT, SEPA and regular bank transfer.

How long does it take?

We all know the feeling of wanting the purchased products delivered right away, so we work hard to send your order as quickly after we have received it.

Inside Europe the delivery time is expected to be 1-3 working days.

Outside Europe the delivery time varies although most orders are delivered 2-10 working days. Shipments outside EU can also delay final delivery due to custom process.

Remember that you can always check the status of your order as we send you an e-mail as soon as we have sent your order. This e-mail contains information about the shipment and also useful links to track and trace your order.

What does shipping cost?

We offer you 100% FREE shipping in all of Europe on orders above €99. On orders below €99 shipping is only €35. We ship to the following countries:

We at Tooleto ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and unfortunately we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
