Returns

Refunds can only be issued for products purchased directly from tooleto.com. All other refunds must be issued by the re-seller.

If you wish to return a product, you must return it within 30 business days starting from the day you received the product (see return address at the bottom of this page).

You have to pay for shipping costs for returning or exchanging your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to exchange your product, we will pay shipping expenses when shipping the new product to you.

As soon as your refund or exchange has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know. Please allow up to 28 days for the process of your refund or exchange. All refunds will be made back to the payment card which was used to pay for the original order.

When an order is sent back, please help us by including the order number it relates to and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won’t be able to take the action you want us to.

Faulty Product Returns

All products comes with a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Excluded are malfunctions resulting from accidents or negligence. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed if accompanied with proof of purchase. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
